We all have “Little Mes” within us.
I met mine through hypnosis. She was so joyful, spontaneous, and careless.
And unaware that life was about to change. And the carefree days would soon end.

Here’s what our journey will look like:

Step 1: Share Your Story

30-45 min - Online Meeting #1

Our first online meeting consists of two steps. First, we need to dig more into your story. This is a safe space where you can feel heard and understood. It will help you open up and fully engage in the healing process. Together, we will analyze your issues, gain a new perspective, find solutions, and set achievable goals.

Step 2: “Replanting the forest of our minds” hypnosis

45-50 min - Online Meeting #1

After a 15-minute break, we will continue our meeting with a gentle hypnosis session. This session is designed to reframe your negative beliefs and replace them with positive, empowering suggestions that foster self-worth, confidence, and acceptance. You will also receive a recording of this session.

Step 3: Homework ONE

Between the first and second sessions (ideally within 7-10 days), your homework will be to listen to the recording from our hypnosis session (preferably every evening before sleep). Additionally, a second task will be revealed during the first session. Don’t worry—it won’t take much of your time!

Step 4: Cuddling the Shadow Child

100 min - Online Meeting #2

The Shadow Child represents a vulnerable and wounded part of us. Soothing the Shadow Child opens the path to self-empathy, forgiveness, and self-love, allowing you to establish a deep and supportive bond with your Inner Child—and with yourself. This is a beautiful, touching, and life-changing experience..

Step 5: Homework TWO

Here’s another therapeutic task to help you strengthen your bond with your Inner Child. But don’t feel overwhelmed! It’s entirely up to you whether you choose to complete your homework or not. You can do as much as you feel comfortable with at your own pace.

Step 6: Embracing the Sun Child

Online Meeting #3

The Sun Child embodies the happy, spontaneous, authentic, and creative aspects of ourselves. Embracing these qualities in hypnosis will leave you feeling empowered and confident as we conclude our healing journey. You will also receive a recording from this session

The Inner Child HypnoHealing Program includes:

  • Three professional online hypnotherapy sessions tailored to your individual needs (two sessions of 45 minutes each and one session of 100 minutes).

  • Two personalized mp3 recordings of the 1st and the 3rd hypnosis sessions to listen to between sessions and after completing the program.

  • One therapeutic consultation where we explore your unmet emotional needs, discover unsupportive patterns and identify negative beliefs. Hello!

I'm Kasia, a clinical hypnotherapist with a passion for helping others heal and thrive.

How did I become a hypnotist?

I've always wanted to be a therapist—but you can't give others what you don't have, can you? I had to dedicate a lot of effort to my own healing first. Inner child work, hypnosis, and delving into the subconscious mind became milestones in my journey.

While I'm still on the path of emotional self-care, I can already say that no outward achievement or success compares to the transformation I've experienced within. That's why my dream—and my life's mission—is to help others become the happiest, most liberated versions of themselves, to the best of my ability and theirs.

In addition to my work, I'm also a writer and an aspiring motivational speaker. I'm originally from Poland, but for the past few years, I've been splitting my time between two beautiful islands: Tunisia's Djerba in North Africa and Bali.

I love meaningful, deep conversations, the company of authentic, positive, creative people, good food, and a witty sense of humor. I actually love many things—but most of all, I finally love just being me.

What exactly is the concept of the Inner Child?
The concept of the Inner Child originates from psychoanalytic and therapeutic traditions that recognize childhood as a formative period influencing our adult lives. Developed further by psychologists like Carl Jung and John Bradshaw, the Inner Child represents our subconscious childhood self—the part of us that holds early experiences, unmet needs, emotions, and core beliefs formed during our younger years. This inner figure often carries unprocessed feelings from past events, both joyful and painful, and affects how we respond to situations, relationships, and our self-image.
How can Inner Child hypnotherapy benefit me?
Connecting with the Inner Child involves listening to and nurturing this part of ourselves to heal unresolved emotional wounds, fostering greater self-compassion and authenticity. This process empowers us to break free from self-sabotaging patterns, bringing our hidden, vulnerable selves to light for a fuller, more peaceful life.
What can I expect during hypnosis?
You can expect to remain fully in control and completely aware of everything happening around you, including what’s being said and what you’re saying. You’ll remember the session clearly and, most importantly, feel deeply relaxed and safe throughout.
How long is the whole Inner Child HypnoHealing Program?
The sessions should be scheduled with a 5 to 10 days break between each. Therefore, the program's duration can range from 10 to 20 days.
What actually happens to my mind during hypnosis?
During hypnosis, we gently cross the boundary between conscious awareness and the subconscious mind (called the "conscious critical factor"). Our brain waves shift from the alert and focused beta state to the slower, more relaxed alpha and theta states, which promote deep relaxation and heightened suggestibility. This shift enables the mind to access the subconscious more easily, allowing us to uncover old, suppressed memories and beliefs that may be shaping our present feelings and behaviors. In this receptive state, the mind is open to new, positive suggestions, helping to replace limiting beliefs with empowering ones. It also naturally filters out anything it disagrees with, accepting only what feels true or beneficial. It’s like planting new, nourishing seeds in the garden of your mind.
Is online hypnotherapy just as effective as in-person sessions?
ABSOLUTELY. In my experience as both a therapist and a client of online hypnotherapy, there is no difference in the quality or effectiveness of the session. Many clients even find online sessions more convenient and comfortable, as they can relax in their own environment. Additionally, the therapeutic process and results remain just as powerful, allowing for the same depth of healing and transformation.
What do I need for an online hypnotherapy session?

You will need:

  • A quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed and can relax, preferably in a semi-reclining position (a cozy couch or armchair works well).
  • A stable internet connection.
  • A phone, tablet, or laptop positioned nearby (but not on your lap) so that I can clearly see your face and chest to observe your breathing during the session.
  • A pair of headphones.
What advantages does a one-on-one online hypnotherapy have over a general hypnosis recording purchased online or available for free, for example, on YouTube?
A one-on-one session is uniquely tailored to your individual circumstances, emotions, needs, and goals. While general hypnotherapy recordings may help with mindset shifts or managing anxiety, they fall short when addressing deeply personal issues like healing past traumas, connecting with your Inner Child, releasing the past, or resolving old conflicts and forgiving those who hurt us.

Individualized sessions provide the depth and specificity required for lasting, transformative healing.
